Black Pepper Sauce


Made with the finest quality black peppercorns that is carefully roasted and ground to extract the best aroma, CRAVINS Black Pepper Sauce features a rich peppery flavour with a spicy kick. 


This highly versatile sauce can be used for marinating and stir-frying vegetables, noodles, rice, pasta, meat and seafood, especially the all so famous Black Pepper Crab!

Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Garlic, Black Pepper, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Bean Paste, Tomato Paste, Oyster Sauce, Chicken Stock.



Cooking Method:

1. Prepare 800g of meat, wash and cut into slices or cubes,

2. Prepare some onion slices or cubes.

3. Heat pan/wok with a little oil. Add meat and stir fry for 3 minutes.

4. Add 1 packet of Black Pepper Sauce and stir fry evenly until meat is tender and fragrant.

5. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

*This sauce is also ideal for stir frying seafood.



1. 把800克肉洗净切片/丁。切一些葱片/粒。

2. 用少许油热锅,放入肉炒3分钟。

3. 倒入1包黑胡椒酱翻炒至肉熟嫩,香味溢出。 撒上葱即可趁热上桌。
